📋 Description

• Architect and operate low-latency, fault-tolerant backend microservices that integrate with Indian
• Map complex, India-specific payment flows into Stripe’s global, unified API platforms
• Design highly reliable adapter layers that interact with domestic banking partners and payment
• Own end-to-end service health, implementing shadow rollouts, distributed tracing, automated
• Collaborate with Product, Regulatory/Legal, Risk and Partner Integration teams across global
• Mentor and empower engineers to contribute independently through ongoing technical guidance and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing and operating large-scale, high-performance APIs and
• Implemented server-side APIs in languages like Ruby, Java, or Go, working with document and
• Empathetic, collaborative and user-first mindset in everything you build and have excellent oral
• Experience proactively seeking feedback from users, teammates and subject matter experts
• The ability to balance speed, complexity, and scope in service of user needs
