Build multi-sensor fusion architectures
Characterize failure modes and hill-climb system metrics
Build and operate the data engine: shadow-mode data mining and retraining
Contribute to localization under degraded conditions
Safety validation before road use

🎯 Requirements

BA/MS in CS, robotics, EE, or related field
5+ years of ML-based perception, CV, or robotics experience
Proficiency in Python and C++
Experience training/deploying DL models in production (e.g., PyTorch)
Strong grounding in multi-object tracking, state estimation, and 3D geometry
