Software Engineer - Performance Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and execute performance testing strategies, including load, stress, spike
• Use and maintain performance testing tools such as k6, Gatling, JMeter, Locust, and related
• Analyze, Improve and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack, including frontend
• Drive backend and infrastructure performance improvements, focusing on latency, throughput
• Integrate performance testing and regression detection into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring performance
• Design and build profiling, tracing, and telemetry solutions, using observability tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong focus on performance optimization
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts (caching, concurrency, queuing, resource
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., k6, Gatling, JMeter, Locust)
• Experience working with metrics, logging, and tracing systems.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and systems-level problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with frontend and backend engineering teams and supporting high-scale or
