📋 Description

• Own performance simulation platform for autonomy stack
• Develop, integrate, and scale bench-top and cloud components
• Lead roadmapping and architectural decisions for the platform
• Collaborate with SRE, Hardware, Data Science, and other teams
• Ensure CI/CD gates for performance benchmarks
• Translate performance data into actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering experience
• Proficient in Python; working knowledge of C++
• Data pipelines, SQL, analytics experience
• Linux systems, kernel basics, networking, storage
• Experience with benchmarking and performance tooling
• Technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration
