Collaborate with engineers to solve distributed systems challenges.
Work independently with little direction and high autonomy.
Translate customer needs into robust technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend systems.
Strong Go proficiency; experience with Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications.
Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
