Software Engineer: Platform

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable solutions within our Kubernetes-based platform for secure enterprise
• Define and contribute to reliability initiatives: SLOs, capacity planning, and resilience
• Identify and resolve system misconfigurations and architectural risks
• Build systems that support 10x customer growth with clear failure modes and mitigation strategies
• Own and continuously improve internal platform systems: deployments, environments, and developer
• Drive improvements to reliability, observability, and operational workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive, production-grade Kubernetes scaling experience (not just operating clusters, but growing
• Deep understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs
• Previously worked in: Big tech then startup, or startup that successfully scaled infrastructure
• Strong systems mindset
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Enjoys being a technical owner with broad company impact
