Software Engineer, Quality & Automation

📋 Description

• Keep environments consistent across our SaaS and PaaS deployments
• Build automation capacity for handling bugs using agentic tooling (triage, reproduction, routing)
• Use agentic tools to resolve bugs yourself, shipping fixes
• Run bug bashes on new features before release
• Own bug reporting and communication (severity-weighted trends, hotspots)
• Work closely with customers to improve issue reporting, validation, and release readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Production software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building test automation and CI quality gates
• Real use of AI or agentic tooling
• Experience working directly with customers or enterprise users
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and owning outcomes
• Nice-to-have: Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Hasura, GraphQL
