4+ years of experience as a software engineer focused on data infrastructure.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience deploying large-scale systems in Java, Go, Ruby/Rails, or other high-perf languages.
Experience (and love) for debugging to ensure reliability across cases.
Strong systems-level programming skills.
Experience with CI workflows and using source control.
