Software Engineer, Registry and Inventory

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end features across the stack (React + Python) and shape UI/UX.
• Shape technical direction and architecture to improve performance and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, CS, and engineering teams.
• Identify and address technical debt to improve maintainability and velocity.
• Design for performance and scale across backend and frontend systems.
• Mentor engineers and elevate code quality and engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong coding skills and fundamentals; well-architected, maintainable, tested code
• Experience building scalable, reliable systems with performance focus
• Leadership in engineering practices: testing, code quality, reviews, version control
• Experience mentoring others and contributing to team growth
• Clear and effective communicator, especially in cross-functional settings
