Software Engineer - RFGL Systems

📋 Description

• Deploy, maintain, and monitor RFGL and SIGINT software on AWS production.
• Build and improve data pipelines and customer-facing data delivery platforms.
• Develop tooling for monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability.
• Support satellite tasking operations and command workflows for RF geolocation.
• Investigate and resolve bugs or performance issues in payload software and infra.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent academic + internship/project work).
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, data processing, and backend tooling.
• Solid Linux fundamentals (administration, bash scripting, system troubleshooting).
• Experience building or maintaining production systems with reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a small team under senior guidance.
