Architect, build, and maintain robust APIs, services, and systems across teams using Ruby and Java
Act as a domain expert of Stripe payments, payout methods, and rails in US/UK
Develop and deploy data-driven infrastructure across the full lifecycle
Design systems leveraging analysis and models to predict outcomes
Contribute to core UI and backend changes for Stripe Connect
Lead technical projects to scale early-stage products

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field + 2 years in software development
2+ years building with Python, Ruby, Java and Typescript
Experience with large user-facing APIs and scalable, HA systems
Ability to translate business needs into software designs
Experience debugging production issues and securing sensitive data
