📋 Description

• Write code to help users unlock the full potential of our stack.
• Help teams design, scale, and optimize Alchemy's infra—from automation to data pipelines.
• Understand goals and help onboarding, integration, and shipping on our infra.
• Advocate for developers; translate needs into product insights and roadmaps.
• Serve as tech liaison for strategic accounts, removing blockers and planning.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and BD to improve UX and feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical roles (software/solutions engineering).
• Strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with customers, ideally in B2B SaaS or infra.
• Comfortable with Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Excellent communication translating tech for builders and execs.
• Passion for blockchain/crypto; eager to learn and explore.
