Software Engineer, Support Foundations

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and scale backend features
• Write clean, well-tested backend code; may touch frontend/mobile
• Set up monitoring and dashboards to catch issues early
• Build strong, resilient APIs for the mobile app
• Improve reliability and scalability of systems
• Participate in on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building software in production at scale
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks
• Experience with transactional databases and caching
• Exposure to large-scale web app architectures
• Passion for maintainable, well-tested code
• Eager to learn how systems work
