Software Engineer, SupportHub

📋 Description

• identify root causes of technical issues
• respond to production issues
• configure data flows between EnergyHub and OEM/Utility partners
• update data attributes when UI is unavailable
• build dashboards on our data warehouse
• implement technical solutions to mitigate issues
• debug issues using logs, data and code (Java/Python/TS)
• contribute bug-fix PRs to the codebase
• create and maintain Python scripts for data migrations/cleanup
• other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Identify root causes from multiple sources
• Strong organizational skills with eye for improvement
• Clear, effective communication
• Comfortable with internal and external partners
• Comfortable across time zones and cultures
• Git versioning concepts and workflows
• Diagnose issues with AWS CloudWatch, Sentry, Datadog
• Work with 3rd party APIs using Postman
• Python scripting experience
• Full-stack development familiarity
• AWS ecosystem experience
