Software Engineer, System-on-Chip (SoC) Testing

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable software frameworks for automated post-silicon testing of SoCs and ML
• Translate hardware databook instructions into robust C++ code for hardware/software interaction
• Build and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash to manage complex test sequences
• Debug software-to-hardware communication issues with hardware designers for register-level accuracy
• Improve efficiency of validation software to reduce test cycle times

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Strong Proficiency in C++ with pointers, memory management, and low-level system programming
• Advanced scripting with Python for automation and data analysis
• Software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design
• Experience with Bash/Unix environments for toolchain management
• Willingness to learn hardware concepts and apply software engineering to hardware validation
