Software Engineer - Systems Engineering AI Tooling

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and productionize scalable internal tools and AI workflows for AV programs.
• Integrate data across requirements, modeling, and validation for end-to-end traceability.
• Build backend services and APIs to unify engineering artifacts into a cohesive platform.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure requirement coverage and validation progress.
• Own and evolve the core traceability data model with versioning and baselining.
• Collaborate with safety, autonomy, and systems teams to ensure compliance and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of backend software development, internal tooling, or platform engineering.
• Strong Python; familiarity with Java or C/C++.
• Experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Data modeling, schema design, and integrating systems via APIs.
• Experience building scalable backend services and CI/CD pipelines.
