Software Engineer, Telemetry (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate a distributed telemetry platform at petabyte scale
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture, design, and code reviews
• Partner with satellite and rocket teams to translate needs into solutions
• Take end-to-end ownership of the software and hardware stack
• Apply first principles thinking to business problems

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS/ENG/math/physics or related; OR 2+ years software experience
• 1+ year experience in full-stack, software, data engineering, or data science
• C#, Java, or similar languages
• Experience designing, building, and optimizing large-scale distributed systems for high-volume data
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends when needed
