Software Engineer - Universal Search

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end system design for a new universal search experience across RMS, CAD, and other core
• Extend platform configurability and connectivity to tap new search data sources using AI-powered
• Review pull requests for enhancements to authorization layer and index mappings
• Act as release manager, coordinating deployment logistics and validating release readiness
• Own end-to-end delivery of a feature supporting permission-aware global search filtering
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate on-call rotation, triage and resolve search query issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer
• Proficiency in Java with strong backend development experience
• Experience integrating third-party systems for search functionality
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures using Amazon SNS, Amazon SQS, or Kinesis
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB
• Experience using AI engines for development velocity
