📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend systems, services, and APIs
• Deliver software across medium-sized projects with senior engineers
• Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into software
• Improve system reliability, observability, and performance
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Ops to deliver software
• Uphold a high engineering bar via testing, code reviews, and ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field (or equivalent)
• 4+ years backend or full-stack engineering experience
• Experience building and operating production software systems
• Experience building scalable services, APIs, or web applications
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or similar
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, cross-functional environments
