• 6+ years shipping and operating production systems.
• Built customer-facing authentication or authorization features.
• Designed and operated systems with correctness and safe rollout.
• Balance security and product tradeoffs; know when simpler design suffices.
• Track record delivering ambiguous projects from design to production.
• Value systems built over job title.
