• Implement components and page systems using a shared design system to reduce maintenance.
• Operate in an AI-native SDLC where agents assist code generation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure databricks.com surfaces are structured and optimized for AI-driven search.
• Participate in code reviews and help establish AI-native engineering practices.
• Help build a web platform AI-native from the ground up, with humans and agents in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience shipping production web systems.
• Strong fundamentals across web stack: components, rendering, build systems, deployment.
• Experience with Drupal or Contentful CMS.
• Comfort adopting AI-native development tools in daily practice.
• Ability to take a well-scoped problem and drive it to completion under senior direction.
• Familiarity with headless CMS architectures, edge delivery, or modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
