Software Engineer - Workflow Authoring & Deployment

📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services coordinating robot fleets, including state management and APIs.
• Develop workflow authoring tooling to define, deploy, and refine workflows in natural language.
• Build on-robot services for remote control, execution, state reporting, and diagnostics.
• Own data infrastructure tracking workflow execution, logs, metrics, and audit trails.
• Build and maintain secure cloud infra for services, including CI/CD, observability, and alerting.
• Implement testing across UI, backend, and on-robot services, including simulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend skills in Python, Go, or similar
• Strong API design and data modeling with distributed systems tradeoffs (consistency,Concurrency, fault tolerance).
• Experience with cloud infra and deployment: containerisation, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code
• Comfort working across the full stack - frontend to backend
• Experience with observability and alerting in mission-critical systems
• Good instincts for managing complexity and keeping systems debuggable as they grow
