🎯 Requirements

Advanced proficiency in English
3–7 years of software engineering experience
Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go
Backend or full-stack development in production systems
Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit)
Debugging large multi-file codebases; code reviews and refactoring
