Software Engineering - Application Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve WFS incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Support business users on workforce scheduling, time, and attendance queries.
• Execute configuration changes and enhancements within defined thresholds, including impact
• Provide functional and technical support across core WFS capabilities, including workforce
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and interfaces.
• Identify recurring issues and structural improvement opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Workforce Software (WFS / ADP) functional and/or technical expertise.
• Mid-level professional standing with deep knowledge of workforce scheduling and time &amp
• Proven track record handling incidents, service requests, and change requests within an
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability for complex software environments.
• Practical hands-on WFS configuration, reporting, and/or scripting experience.
• Background working in AMS delivery environments, with a strong preference for SAP AMS.
