🎯 Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing technical teams; remote management a plus.
• Optimization Passion: Strong interest in compiler and build-system optimization (Bazel, CMake).
• DevOps & DevInfra: Linux/Unix expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP; Terraform a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Java; C++ and Rust experience a plus.
• Asynchronous Programming: Experience with asynchronous architectures and scalable systems.
• Software at Scale: Proven track record delivering software at scale with operational excellence.
