📋 Description

• Build, lead, and mentor a full-stack engineering team for MetaDefender MFT.
• Drive innovation, architecture, and AI-first agentic engineering.
• Define roadmaps and orchestrate AI coding agents/workflows.
• Collaborate with global teams from Vietnam to the U.S. to execute initiatives.
• Ensure secure, scalable backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (React/Angular).
• Lead governance for AI-generated code with human review and safety gates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as engineering manager or tech lead; grew full-stack teams.
• Hands-on AI development and agentic workflows; using AI coding agents/tools.
• Strong backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (React/Angular) experience.
• Secure file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS) and cross-platform deployment.
• .NET Core, REST APIs, microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Cybersecurity or related field.
