• Track record hiring, growing, and retaining engineers with strong team health.
• Delivery ownership across teams; partner with PM, design, and leadership.
• Architecture and tech direction across multiple services/teams (Staff level).
• Deep distributed systems and cloud-native knowledge; engineering judgment.
• Impact on multi-team direction, migrations, reliability, and standards.
