🎯 Requirements

• Based in Remote US or SF Bay Area; in-office 2 days/week if SF.
• 1+ years engineering management experience.
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js.
• Active MCP and AI tools usage; Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, v0.
• Growth engineering experience; run A/B tests with GrowthBook or Amplitude.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
