🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a management or team-lead
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years managing teams building
• Experience managing teams building web applications, ideally in Elixir/Phoenix or similar modern
• Fluency with modern AI development tools.
• Strong understanding of software development practices, including testing, CI/CD, code review, and
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain strong engineering talent.
