Software Engineering Manager II - Transaction Platform

📋 Description

• Design and implement highly reliable, scalable services for Grab's Transaction Platform systems
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across product, design, analytics, and data science to build
• Set the engineering strategy within your team, mentor junior and senior engineers, and grow into
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Participate in interview loops to help hire top engineers into the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a distributed systems environment, with a track
• At least 2+ years of experience as a successful software engineering manager, with a hands-on role
• Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures, with a strong understanding
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in any programming language and willing to work in Golang.
