• 6+ years of hands-on software design and development experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing software development teams.
• Strong technical foundation; partner with engineers on architecture and delivery.
• Experience delivering customer-facing web experiences at scale.
• Understand SEO fundamentals and interest in AI-driven discovery.
• JavaScript and React experience; Remix and Java-based services a plus.
