🎯 Requirements

• Based in SF Bay Area (preferably) or London
• 8+ years in web engineering; 1–3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in modern web development (frontend or full-stack)
• Experience with high-impact marketing/product websites
• Product mindset: define problems, prioritize work, drive outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, product
