📋 Description

• Implement and maintain a unified SDLC across multiple apps and teams.
• Translate SDLC standards into workflows in engineering tools.
• Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, permissions, dashboards, and reporting.
• Serve as primary admin for Jira and Confluence, ensuring scalability.
• Create and maintain documentation, templates, dashboards, and reporting.
• Design and optimize workflow automation to reduce manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in engineering operations, management, or similar roles.
• Deep hands-on Jira and Confluence admin experience.
• Advanced Jira automation with complex rules and workflows.
• Experience designing Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and collaboration with engineers/product leaders.
• Ability to independently manage configurations and drive improvements.
