🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in software engineering, application development, digital
• Experience working within a technology consulting, professional services, digital transformation
• A track record of leading multidisciplinary software engineering teams and developing technical
• Direct experience engaging with clients and advising business, executive, and technical
• Experience building, scaling, or evolving a technology consulting practice or engineering
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, application development, and technology

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of up to $220,000, depending on experience.
