Software Engineering Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a backend team on greenfield and legacy projects.
• Own end-to-end software lifecycle from design to decommissioning.
• Operate in a DevOps culture with IaC, observability, CI/CD.
• Set architectural direction and partner on roadmap with PM.
• Serve as servant leader to grow the team while shipping high-impact software.
• Work with C#/.NET, Azure, and microservices in Azure Service Bus environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on C#/.NET backend development.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; Azure focus.
• Event-driven architecture and microservices; Azure Service Bus; Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Ability to set technical direction and provide architectural guidance.
• Comfortable working with Product to shape roadmaps.
