📋 Description

• Lead backend engineers across greenfield and legacy projects.
• Own full software lifecycle from design to production and decommissioning.
• Operate in a true DevOps culture: IaC, observability, automated tests, CD.
• Set architectural direction and partner with Product on roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and grow the team with servant leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on C#/.NET backend development
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Solid experience in event-driven architecture and microservices
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Ability to set technical direction and architectural guidance
• Comfortable collaborating with Product to shape roadmaps
