📋 Description

• Lead backend engineers on greenfield and legacy projects.
• Own full software lifecycle from design to production to decommissioning.
• Drive a DevOps culture with IaC, observability, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
• Set architectural direction and partner with Product on roadmaps.
• Serve as a servant leader to grow the team and deliver impactful software.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on C#/.NET backend development
• Experience with Azure; AWS or GCP also welcome
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices
• Experience mentoring engineers in a collaborative team
• Ability to set technical direction and provide architectural guidance
• Comfortable working with Product to shape roadmaps and drive delivery
