• Principal liaison on project translating customer needs to implementation plan
• Lead detailed business discovery and recommend delivery approach
• Translate requirements and configure system (more complex than entry)
• Maintain strong customer relationships with clear communication
• Act as trusted advisor, align implementation with customer workflows
• Collaborate with project managers and training specialists to ensure on-time, quality delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in accounting or technology preferred
• Foundational understanding of AI and enthusiasm to explore it
• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Consulting experience in software implementation, workflow analysis, recommendations, and outcome
• Ability to work in multi-resource project teams and meet milestones
