Software Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the technical setup of new enterprise accounts end to end: tenant and workspace configuration
• Configure SSO with the customer's IT team — SAML / OIDC against Okta, Microsoft Entra and NHS
• Drive network and device readiness: whitelisting, VDI and shared-device constraints, mobile device
• Receive the validated integration design and signed SOW from presales, confirm implementation
• Translate the agreed SOW and technical design into precise, prioritised implementation
• Provide credible estimates, identify dependencies early and give the CSM evidence-based status and

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on technical delivery experience in enterprise account setup and configuration.
• Technical ownership: ability to diagnose technical problems and route to appropriate owners.
• Experience configuring SSO (SAML/OIDC) against Okta, Microsoft Entra and NHS identity
• Experience with identity management, MFA, and conditional-access alignment.
• Experience with network and device readiness: whitelisting, VDI and shared-device constraints
• Experience delivering EHR integrations through to go-live and performing technical testing and UAT
