Prepare licensing quotes using Salesforce, Jira Service Management, and Excel.
Research renewal history and licensing requirements to ensure accuracy.
Prioritize licensing requests and purchase orders while meeting SLAs.
Serve as the main contact for licensing inquiries and support.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and vendors to drive licensing opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
2+ years in Software Licensing, Renewals, Sales Ops, or Contract Admin.
Experience with B2B SaaS licensing and renewal processes.
Experience preparing quotations and managing renewal pipelines.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Jira/JSM and AWS Marketplace; strong analytical skills.
