Software Quality Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy ML/Gen-AI models to improve issue discovery
• Leverage AI insights and triage signals to identify on-road issue trends and risk scenarios.
• Bridge AI/ML development and operations; define SOPs integrating AI insights into vendor workflows.
• Design and implement robust quality controls for human and AI outputs; perform meta-quality checks.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or 4 years in AV Software Quality Operations.
• Experience across ML lifecycle: data prep, training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Experience with ML testing/validation, dataset QA, bias detection, edge-case testing, performance
• Ability to learn quickly, understand driving rules, and work with proprietary tools.
• Occasional on-call evenings/weekends; willingness to meet outside standard hours for global
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for a diverse, dynamic environment.
