Software Quality Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy ML/Gen-AI models for issue discovery and QA.
• Use AI insights and signals to identify on-road trends, risk scenarios, and edge cases.
• Link AI/ML dev with operations; define SOPs integrating AI into vendor workflows.
• Design robust quality controls for human and AI outputs; provide feedback.
• Act as SME for Software Quality Operations; drive adoption of AI/ML tooling.
• Provide technical leadership to improve workflows and tools; escalate issues early.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or 4 years in AV Software Quality Ops.
• Experience across ML lifecycle: data prep, training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• ML testing/validation: data quality, bias, edge cases, metrics.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts; strong understanding of driving rules.
• Occasional on-call evenings/weekends; flexible for global collaboration.
