Software Quality Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineering to test and deploy ML/Gen-AI models and tools to improve issue
• Use AI insights and traditional signals to identify on-road issue trends and edge cases; develop
• Bridge AI/ML development with operations, documenting new policies and SOPs for vendor workflows.
• Design and implement quality control for human and AI outputs; perform meta-quality checks and
• Act as SME for Software Quality Operations with stakeholders and vendor teams to drive adoption of
• Provide technical leadership, define requirements, and drive user testing for new tooling features

You have:

• BS/BA or 4 years in AV Software Quality Operations.
• Experience across ML lifecycle: data prep, training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• ML testing with dataset quality, bias, edge-case testing, statistical metrics.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly; strong understanding of driving rules and regulations.
• Occasional on-call availability and global meeting flexibility.

We prefer:

• Execution focus and results orientation.
• Experience with offshore teams/multiple hubs.
• Basic SQL querying.
• LLM/transformer models experience or ML for robotics.
• Subject-matter expertise to support analysis and customer-facing development.
• Self-motivation with planning/time management skills.
