Software Quality Operations Specialist, Domain Expansion

📋 Description

• Support ML/Gen-AI model deployment quality, issue discovery, and triage for Waymo Driver expansion.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design and deploy ML/Gen-AI tooling to improve issue detection and
• Define SOPs and policies integrating AI insights into daily vendor workflows.
• Scale workflows from limited hours to 24/7 with external stakeholders and vendor teams.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree and 4+ years in QC or AV software quality operations.
• Experience across ML lifecycle: data prep, training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• ML testing/validation experience: data quality, bias detection, edge cases, metrics.
• Strong ability to learn new concepts and apply proprietary tools; understanding of driving rules.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven execution skills and ability to drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.
