🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing security engineering teams
• 5+ years hands-on security and software engineering
• Deep expertise in securing complex architectures, threat modeling, and risk assessment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with dev teams
• Clear and persuasive communicator, in writing and verbally
• Familiarity with AI safety concepts and frameworks
