Lead scoping/discovery calls to document design requirements
Prepare SOWs and deliver to clients within SLA
Manage projects from kickoff to UAT and signoff
Lead implementation across multiple projects
Explain functionality to client users and walkthrough integration
Coordinate with client tech teams to facilitate integration and custom solutions

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS in Engineering/IT or 2+ years related experience
2+ years in a customer-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Hands-on familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP)
Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud)
Flexible, multi-tasking, independent work style
