  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ year in a technical service-oriented role (preferred).
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM/ERP markets is a plus (preferred).
