🎯 Requirements

• Education: BS/MS/PhD in CS, Robotics, or related field
• SWE Leadership: extensive lead/manager experience in production software (C++ required)
• Systems Thinking: manage complex HW/SW integration, robotics/AVs/aerospace
• Technical Vision: long-term infrastructure roadmaps for internal customers
