📋 Description

• Create and publish clear, high-quality product content, including user guides, release notes
• Build deep product expertise and serve as a trusted subject matter expert for the Sugar products
• Participate in product grooming, design reviews, demos, and release activities to understand new
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and Support to identify gaps, influence product
• Turn complex technical concepts into simple, useful, and easy-to-understand content, while

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a software technical writer, software developer, CRM administrator
• Enthusiasm for educating customers and ability to create clear, user-centric content
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent grammar, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of application users, including end
• A strong focus on user needs and a passion for building excellent software experiences
• Confidence managing projects independently while also contributing effectively as part of a
