  • Own the solar cell reliability lab and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 1+ years in engineering disciplines: design/analysis/systems (internship ok).
  • 2+ years hands-on reliability in solar cell, PV module, semiconductor, or aerospace hardware.
  • Proficiency with Python/MATLAB/JMP/R and statistics.
  • On-site, full-time in production and lab environment.
  • Willing to travel frequently for work and extended startup periods.
  • Experience with PV metrology tools (EL/PL, Sinton lifetime) and reliability testing.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs and work extended hours as needed.
